About

My passion to become a therapist grew from early experiences tutoring and mentoring underprivileged children and youth. I have spent years helping parents and children find ways to achieve success and meet their goals. I am proud to have my own practice to offer therapy to individuals, children, youth, couples, and families. I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO). I earned my Master of Arts degree in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University, Bachelor of Arts degree in Child and Youth Care from Ryerson University, and Honours Advanced Diploma in Child and Youth Care from George Brown College. In addition to psychotherapy, I work as a research assistant and TA at Ryerson University in the Child and Youth Care department. I have co-authored two peer-reviewed articles published in Child & Youth Services and the International Journal of Child, Youth & Family Studies as well as a professional article published in CYC-Online.
