I provide online individual and family psychotherapy to adults across Ontario. I work with clients who tend to overthink, carry high levels of responsibility, and feel emotionally overwhelmed or unsettled, even when things appear “fine” on the outside. Many of the individuals I support are navigating burnout, difficulty trusting themselves, relational strain, or long-standing family and cultural dynamics that continue to shape their emotional experiences. My approach is relational, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive. Rather than focusing solely on symptom reduction, therapy offers space to understand how patterns developed, how they have served you, and how they may be impacting your current well-being and relationships. I support adults and families exploring uncertainty, self-trust, emotional regulation, and adult family dynamics through secure virtual sessions across Ontario.
