About

I’m a Registered Psychotherapist who integrates trauma-informed, strength-based approaches, honoring the connection between mind, body, and soul. I offer faith-based counseling upon request. I work with individuals navigating anxiety, self-esteem and confidence challenges, relationship conflicts, the impacts of emotional or physical abuse, childhood neglect or generational trauma. My goal is to create a warm, welcoming, and supportive environment where you can process your emotions and thoughts, gain new perspectives or move beyond feeling stuck and make your desired changes.
