About

I have approximately 20 years of counselling experience from my work in community agencies, faith-based and educational settings and private practice, which has given me the knowledge and experience to help individuals with a range of mental health needs, with a focus on trauma. The needs have been anxiety, depression, boundary difficulties, sexual, physical or emotional abuse, post-traumatic stress, self-confidence/esteem, relationships, stress and self-regulation. I am a Registered Psychotherapist, with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario, as well as a Registered Social Service Worker, with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers.
