About

As a member of the CRPO, building connections is a passion of mine. Whether it's enriching or restoring a marriage, deepening an intimate connection, or growing friendships, I endeavour to help repair relationships and provide a safe place for individuals and couples to explore what they need to create meaning and fulfilment. I believe the root of most emotional disturbances, including depression, anxiety and addiction, is disconnection and broken relationships. I use a client-centred, solution-focused approach, combined with other modalities that aid in personal growth and awareness. Clients are assisted in identifying clear attainable goals for personal change, and empirically validated methods are used to help achieve these goals. I work mostly with adolescents and adults individually, and have unique training and experience in marriage counselling and group therapy. The ultimate goal when working with clients is to improve their level of functioning, and increase their overall quality of life.
