Hailu is a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO). With over twenty years of experience in the provision of mental health services, her approach is client-centred with a creative style and flexible stance to help inspire people to connect with their unique inter-connection of body, mind, and spirit. Her clinical work spans all ages and deals with those in a variety of backgrounds including child and youth welfare, crisis & trauma counselling, psychotherapy, and an additional focus on substance use disorder (SUD). Hailu also provides clinical supervision to students and other Registered Psychotherapists. She has received training at the University of Toronto in the certification program of Advanced Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) for Complex Disorders and has trained and certificated as a Clinical Counselling Hypnotherapist (C.Hyp)with Daybreak Therapy and Training. Hailu is also an active member of the Ontario Association of Mental Health Professionals (OAMHP).
