As a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with 10 years of experience, I specialize in working with children experiencing Anxiety, Depression, ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Learning disabilities, and those recovering from Abuse. My approach combines Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), ABA, and play-based interventions, offering tailored strategies that foster resilience and positive change. I believe play is how children naturally communicate, and I help parents learn this language to connect more deeply with their children. With two Master’s degrees in Clinical Psychology and Psychology, my research has focused on children’s Executive Function, Rhythmic Movement Activities, Speech Articulation, and Fine Motor skills. My experience as a Play therapist, Behavioural coach, and Child Clinical Psychologist gives me practical insights into the challenges children and their families face. As a member of the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario, the Ontario Association of Mental Health Professionals, and the Canadian Psychological Association, I’m committed to supporting families in building strong, healthy relationships to help their children thrive.
