It is my passion to help individuals and couples find emotional, mental and spiritual well-being. I believe you have more strengths and resilience then you may realize and I will work with you to help you draw from those strengths to engage the concerns that brought you to counselling. I use a brief therapy model, which means that we will review your past together only as it informs your current concerns, and from there create practical solutions together to move toward healing and change. I am a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Psychotherapy. I draw from a variety of counselling modalities to inform my practice including: Emotionally Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy and Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy.
