Are you struggling with anxiety, depression, or difficulties managing school or work related stress? My focus is on providing a caring, non-judgmental and safe space for clients to share their stories and work through their challenges. I believe that there is no “one-size-fits-all” method to supporting clients, and trust the client is the expert of their own life. I also understand the importance of developing a collaborative therapeutic relationship and strive to help my clients to recognize their existing strengths, while acknowledging their unique needs, priorities and values. When working with you I will utilize an integrative approach. I often involve Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy techniques in order to support you in setting goals and developing the coping strategies and tools that will allow you make long-lasting positive change.
