I am a Registered Psychotherapist with the CRPO and have over 17 years of clinical experience working with people struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, grief, and trauma. I work closely with both adults and youth (5 and up) and offer counselling for individuals, parents, and families. As a clinician, it is important for me to be warm, down to earth, and transparent when working with people. As a result, I draw from a variety of therapeutic approaches including specialized training in Trauma Informed Therapy, DBT, Narrative Therapy, and Art Therapy so I am able to meet clients where they are at, and use an approach that makes sense for the individual. I am a strong advocate for survivors of sexual trauma as well as people who experience oppression and discrimination. Diversity and equity within all spaces is a passion of mine, and I actively work to have the knowledge and skills to make conversations safe, open and collaborative.
