About

I completed a Master of Counselling in Counselling Psychology at Athabasca University in 2018 and am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO). I aim to empower individuals who are experiencing addictions, anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, and other mental health and relationship challenges through trauma-informed counselling and an anti-oppressive framework. I work collaboratively with clients to explore manageable next steps to turn the desire for change into healing and growth. My approach is directed by the client's needs and aims to hold an open, non-judgmental, and safe space to share their stories. I take an integrated approach, incorporating Mindfulness, Solution-Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, and Narrative Therapy as appropriate.
