About

Making changes in life requires courage and dedication, especially when the changes force you to reinvent yourself in so many ways. As a woman of colour, immigrant and a mother, I had to overcome challenges that I wouldn’t be able to without support. I know how it feels to be lost, undervalued, misunderstood, alone and disconnected from others. I know how it feels to struggle with identity crisis and feeling of belonging. These kinds of struggles can easily lead to depression, anxiety, and other mental health issues. I am happy I got the support I needed, and it turned my life around, helping me to make many improvements and being able to pursue my goals. You may be struggling with work, family, you may feel lost as I did before, you may be going through or feel like you need to make changes in your life and you don't know how and where to start. Psychotherapy can help us to understand ourselves, develop more satisfying relationships, and live the life we long to lead.
