I practice psychotherapy with an evidence-based approach, primarily using Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT), Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT). I work with couples and individuals, helping clients gain self-awareness and emotional regulation such as anxiety, anger and depression. I also help build interpersonal skills such as communication and conflict resolution and reconnect relationships within their lives and themselves. Through a lens of hope and compassion, I believe in people’s ability to grow. During my downtime, I enjoy various physical activities such as rock-climbing, volleyball, hiking, yoga, and working out! I am in good standing with CRPO and a member of OAMHP. I am a graduate of the University of Ottawa (BSocSci), and Tyndale Seminary (MDiv, Clinical Counselling). I am also completing my certification as a personal trainer with the International Sports Sciences Association.
