About

I believe that we are all born with unlimited potential for joy despite life's inevitable, and often seemingly insurmountable, challenges. I obtained my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology (hons) several decades ago, and over five years ago, decided to return to the work I always knew I was meant to do. Our experiences impact not just our thoughts and our moods, but our physiology and sometimes we need more than just talk therapy or a friendly ear to heal. My approach is trauma-informed and I have been trained in several modalities so I can adjust my approach to best suit your needs .I obtained my Master of Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University in 2019 and am a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO)
