About

As your therapist (RSW with the OCSWSSW), my role is to forge a strong therapeutic alliance between myself and my clients, becoming more of a companion walking alongside you—no matter what you’re navigating. I support youth, adolescents, men, women, and 2SLGBTQ+ individuals. I support a range of needs including: addiction, anger, relationships, masculinity, identity, 2SLGBTQ+ and gender/sexual identity, complex trauma and family issues, grief and loss (such as suicide or overdose), spirituality and existentialism, and adolescent-related concerns (anxiety, depression, technology, image, and purpose). If you want a therapist to keep it real, let's chat. My approach is real, relational, flexible, collaborative, and compassionate—rooted in the belief that we are all human, and have great capacity for change and healing, relationality, and circumstances allow for it. I offer flexibility through different approaches and modalities that we can explore together to find the right fit for our working together. I offer a shame and stigma-free space to explore together what brought you here!
