You might be avoiding situations that make you worry or feel anxious, have a hard time sleeping, feel not good enough or do things in a certain way to keep the anxiety manageable in the moment. Therapy can help you learn ways to manage and cope with stress, worry, low self-confidence, overwhelming thoughts and OCD. I have been practicing for over 15 years and my practice offers counselling and psychotherapy services to individuals 16+ years, as well as family therapy.
