About

I'm a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (#9875) and a Professional Member of the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association with Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC) designation (#10001515). I completed my Bachelor of Arts Honours degree in Psychology, with a minor in Family and Child Studies, at the University of Guelph in 2018, and completed my Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology at Yorkville University in 2021. My practice is trauma-focused and attachment-based, with a client-centred approach. I aim to build strong therapeutic relationships, offer deep empathy and a safe emotional space. My work supports clients to better understand themselves and their experiences, while highlighting the importance of self-compassion and mindfulness-based strategies on their healing journey.
