Dawn is a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario. She holds an Applied Bachelor of Arts degree in Behavioural Psychology and a Master of Arts degree in Counselling Psychology. She has supported individuals who have experienced personal, interpersonal, institutional, and cultural oppression. Dawn provides an environment of compassion and creativity which helps guide exploration of personal issues. She explores maladaptive thoughts and behaviours with curiosity. Focusing on an individual's strengths, Dawn provides support for anxiety, depression, codependency/boundaries, low self-worth, and trauma (childhood, religious, sexual, and vicarious). She provides an integrative therapy approach where a variety of therapeutic methods are used to personalize treatment.
