About

For the last 20 years I have worked with clients to articulate and work toward therapeutic goals whether they be relational in couple or family therapy, or individual. I graduated from the St Paul University MA counselling program in 2002 with a concentration in couple and family therapy and have been a registered psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario since its formation in 2014. I take a client centered approach and work from a family systems perspective. I have focused my post masters education in trauma treatment, art therapy, and parenting and I have completed a PhD in expressive arts in therapy focusing on the process of forgiveness. I also have training in counselling and spirituality including pastoral counselling and work with people who are bereft or going through a crisis of faith.
