Daniel is a Registered Psychotherapist (a member of the CRPO--College of Registered Psychotherapist of Ontario). He has practiced psychotherapy for many years with an emphasis on strengths-based and ethically guided practices. Applying an integrative approach, Daniel works with such issues as anxiety, depression, work-life balance as well as neurodiversity (e.g., ADHD and ASD). Common topics include compassion renewal, self-worth, emotion regulation and meaning-values-action coherence. If you need individual, couple or family therapy, Daniel will work diligently to help you to strive towards your best.
