Welcome, I am accepting new clients in Oakville, Halton, Hamilton GTA, and province-wide virtually! My goal is to help you get back to feeling like yourself and live a life you value. You may be struggling with anxiety, depression, family stress, infertility, or a medical diagnosis. On the other hand, you may not be able to identify the main source of stress or difficulty and we can explore that together. I am a Registered Social Worker and Registered Psychotherapist. My education includes a Bachelors of Arts in Psychology and a Bachelors of Social Work (Honours)., My additional training is in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I have also had training in Couple and Family Therapy at the University of Guelph. I have worked in community services, health care settings, and private clinics with individuals and families across the GTA., As a Registered Social Worker, I have extensive experience working with people from all walks of life. I help individuals and families find answers to questions and offer problem-solving tools and resources.
