About

I am a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists. I offer a warm, down to earth approach to psychotherapy and counselling in the downtown Hamilton area. I work with individuals, couples and families dealing with a broad number of issues. These include anxiety, depression, stress, panic, grief and loss, burnout, couple and family conflict, divorce, dating, parenting, life and career transitions. I have been trained in a number of scientifically proven counseling methods which  includes Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Attachment based, Mindfulness-based, Emotionally Focused, Psychodynamic, Narrative, and Family (Systems) therapies. I believe that a more integrative approach, usually seen through a Mindfulness based lens of acceptance, insight and compassion, and combined with skill building, allows me to tailor our work toward your specific needs and goals.
