When your self-esteem takes hit after hit, it can feel like you’re always on shaky ground, never quite able to trust yourself or believe that you deserve kindness—whether from others or yourself. Your experiences and feelings matter. You deserve a place to feel seen, heard, and supported without judgment. I'm passionate about supporting clients who have felt unseen, unappreciated and invalidated, or unprotected and unsafe. My goal is to create a compassionate space where you can: tell your story, gain insights from your experience, cultivate greater self-compassion, reconnect to your values, and restore trust in yourself. I am a psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO). I offer walk and talk in Toronto and Vaughan and virtual therapy through Ontario.
