I am a Masters of Counselling Psychology graduate and registered with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario. I am a passionate individual who believes that we all have a story to be told and a journey to be walked. I am excited that you have found your way to seeking some assistance in your journey. During my 8 years of working in the Mental Health field, as well as my personal Mental Health journey, I have discovered that often times the answers are within us. Sometimes we simply need guidance to help us discover them. I would be honoured to walk alongside you as you make your discoveries. I use a client-centered approach where you are the expert in your own walk of life. Together we will work toward insights using a variety of approaches that best suit your needs. I will both hear and help hold your pain.
