Casey is a registered psychotherapist with CRPO (College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario) specializing in autism and other developmental and learning differences using a play-based therapy approach for children. Casey also provides support in adult mental health and wellness including anxiety and depression among other concerns using a holistic, neurophysiological, brain-body lens to help clients find balance in their lives. Casey has a PhD focused on self-regulation and works as an adjunct professor of psychology and as a Self-Reg(c) facilitator.
