About

I provide online counselling support to adults and bring 20 years of experience as a counsellor in psychology, working in community settings in Latin America and Canada. Throughout my career, I have worked with individuals and families from diverse social, cultural, and life backgrounds, including people experiencing poverty, racialized and Indigenous communities, LGBTQ2+ individuals, and those impacted by migration and social inequities. This experience has shaped a practice grounded in respect and awareness of the social and systemic contexts that influence emotional wellbeing. My academic and professional training spans multiple countries. I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Ecuador, a Master’s Degree in Brief Systemic Family Therapy completed in Ecuador and Spain, pursued Doctoral Studies in Education in Argentina, and completed a Diploma in Assaulted Women’s and Children’s Counsellor Advocate in Canada. I have extensive experience providing counselling services both in person and online. My current practice focuses on supporting adults navigating emotional challenges, life transitions, relationship dynamics, and the impact of migration and cultural change.
