I have a BA in Psychology & Sociology and a Masters Degree in Counselling Psychology. I am a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO). Therapy conversations and process can range from 3 to 12 sessions; however, I commit to making the most of each session and to create an opportunity for growth and new perceptions.
