Are you looking for a safe, supportive place to explore your emotions, understand your challenges, and create lasting change? I’m Brooke Growden, a Registered Psychotherapist, and I’m here to guide both individuals and couples on a path toward healing, growth. My practice is rooted in compassion and understanding, offering a safe space for you to explore and grow. With a Master of Education, a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology, and a Ph.D. in Education, I help clients uncover patterns shaping their thoughts, emotions, and behaviours. My own personal experience with psychotherapy has been transformative and I understand the vulnerability of self-growth firsthand. It is through this lens that I approach therapy with empathy and a genuine understanding of the courage it takes to seek support. I am trained in trauma-focused and mindfulness-based approaches such as Relational Life Therapy, CPR for the Amygdala, and the Flash Technique, among others. My work addresses concerns like anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, and relationship challenges.
