Brenda has provided counseling and lifestyle coaching for 40 years. She is a Registered Psychotherapist (CRPO), Certified Addictions Counsellor (CACCF), and certified telehealth provider. She is qualified as a trauma-informed counsellor using Clinical Hypnotherapy, EMDR, Amelia-XR Health Virtual Reality, and other approaches. Brenda uses an integrative psychotherapy approach to inspire self-awareness, personal and professional growth, and improved wellbeing. She has experience working with diverse clients in varied jurisdictions across Ontario. Brenda's experience includes community and organizational development with an emphasis on sustainable growth and equity. Brenda is an OAMHP-affirmed Clinical Supervisor and a Certified Governance Coach. In addition to client-direct services with individuals, couples, families, groups, and work teams, Brenda offers supervision, evaluation, participatory inquiry, adult education, instructional design, service innovation, and other creative enterprise solutions. Currently, Brenda is upgrading her knowledge with a focus on neuroscience. Areas of specialization include attentional issues, dissociative disorders, and high conflict families.
