About

I offer warm, affirming therapy for individuals navigating mental health, relationships, identity, and self-understanding. Many people I work with feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck in patterns that no longer serve them, and are looking for a space to slow down, make sense of their experiences, and feel understood. My approach is collaborative, trauma-informed, and grounded in curiosity, steadiness, and respect for each person’s lived experience. Together, we explore how your relationships, identity, nervous system, and past experiences shape the ways you cope, connect, and move through the world. I support clients working through anxiety, depression, trauma, emotional regulation, relationship and family dynamics, identity exploration, self-esteem, and life transitions. I also bring particular sensitivity to sexual health, intimacy, and the ways these experiences intersect with emotional and relational well-being. My work is queer-affirming, sex-positive, and culturally responsive. I aim to create a space where you can be met with care rather than judgment, and where growth feels sustainable and aligned with who you are.
