With 30 years counselling experience and more twenty years in private practice, Barbara excels at motivating clients to make positive changes in their lives. She facilitates a process that helps clients recognize their strengths, identify problem areas, develop realistic solutions, and move through transitions with greater ease. She coaches individuals to focus their attention and energy towards attainable goals. Over the years, she has assisted thousands of clients to overcome barriers and to achieve personal, career and educational success. She has helped individuals regain a sense of hope, purpose and confidence. Barbara is a member of the Ontario Association of Mental Health Professionals (OAMHP) and the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO).
