I am a Registered Psychotherapist (CRPO) and a Registered Social Worker (OCSWSSW). As a dual college registrant and Certified Mental Health Professional with OAMHP, I bring an integrated and regulatory grounded perspective to clinical practice. I am the Founder and Clinical Director of Norfolk County Counselling & Psychotherapy in Norfolk County, Ontario, where I lead a multidisciplinary team serving individuals, couples, and families across Ontario. My clinical work focuses on perinatal and parenting mental health, complex trauma, suicidality, gender based violence, and high acuity presentations. I have advanced training in trauma informed therapies including EMDR and Internal Family Systems Level 2. My work is rooted in public protection, ethical practice, and integrated care, particularly within rural and underserved communities. As an Ontario Verified Clinical Supervisor, I provide individual, dyadic, and group supervision to early career and experienced clinicians. My supervisory approach emphasizes reflective practice, clinical competence, thoughtful gatekeeping in alignment with regulatory standards.
