Aryan Esgandanian is a Mental Health Professional in Ontario with over 5 years of experience working with various populations. Her expertise is in career counselling, academic advising, educational support, life skills training, curriculum and program designs tailored to youth and students. She is the President of the Board of Directors at WMRCC of Durham. Aryan has a Master of Education in Adult Education and Community Development with a specialization in Workplace, Learning and Social Change from the University of Toronto. In addition, she has a Master of Arts in Public Policy and Administration from Ryerson University. Her major research paper was on a comparison between Ontario's apprenticeship system to Switzerland's vocational education training (VET) system. Her passion is to support young job seekers and youth while transitioning from school to work. She also has a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Sociology from Ryerson University. Aryan is completing a solution-focused brief therapy certification from the University of Toronto, OISE.
