My clients are ready to engage and challenge themselves while being vulnerable in a safe and nonjudgmental space, where together we will help you to be the truest version of yourself in the hope of fostering mental wellness. Like you, I have experienced life’s highs and lows and I understand that the lows are sometimes too hard to handle on one’s own. I draw from these experiences when I support my clients. I use a holistic approach to therapy, understanding that each client requires an individual approach based on their needs and goals.
