I am a Registered Psychotherapist and Jungian Analyst working with individuals in Toronto. Therapy can help you to understand and gain insight into troubling issues and concerns in your life. I understand that difficulties and struggles can leave you feeling out-of-sorts, sad, anxious, or depressed, seeming to take away time and energy you would rather give to other parts of your life. We can work together to sort through the uncertainties and obstacles toward clarity and a better sense of well-being. I have worked with clients on issues that include relationships with a partner or spouse, peer and group social interactions, job performance, school performance, sexual orientation, creativity, loss, grieving, spiritual and religious questions, sense of well-being, and life satisfaction. Therapy is client-centered in a confidential and supportive exchange - it starts with you and is about you. Sessions are typically one hour once each week.
