About

I am a registered psychotherapist in Whitby, Ontario (with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario - CRPO). I have a B.A. in psychology form York University and a Masters of Divinity in clinical counselling from Tyndale University in Toronto. I counsel couples and families as well as individuals, children, and youth, struggling with a variety of issues such as anxiety, depression, communication in relationships, self-esteem and more. I utilize several modalities of therapy including CBT, EFT, Family Systems, Solution focused, Psychodynamic and more. I create a treatment plan depending on your individual needs. Everyone is made to feel safe and heard in a non-judgemental environment so we can build trust and motivation for each client and give them helpful strategies to reduce negative feelings or behaviours while creating positive feelings and behaviours in all aspects of their lives. All are welcome from all backgrounds, faiths, and sexual orientations.
