I recently graduated from the Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology Program (MACP) at Yorkville University. I am a registered member with the CRPO and have RP (qualifying) status. I receive clinical supervision from the practice site owner and director. I also hold a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Carleton University. I typically provide support to adult clients (18+) struggling with anxiety, depression, and life transitions. My experiences surround navigating issues related to neurodiversity, postpartum depression, trauma-informed care, and the integration of flexible coping strategies. I employ a client-centred approach that facilitates a collaborative exploration of life’s challenges, fostering an environment characterized by safety, empowerment, and resilience. I integrate CBT, DBT, ACT, EFT, and narrative techniques to help clients manage anxious thoughts and physical stress, reconnect with identity and values, and balance personal needs with daily responsibilities.
