About

Some people arrive in session wanting to vent and cry. Some want to strategize and make a gameplan to improve their mental health. Some want to gain more insight into their patterns and see their choices from a compassionate, non-judgemental, objective perspective. Or maybe you want all of the above! We can do all of them together because we create goals collaboratively during sessions. You are the expert on what you need and want and I’m here to support you as you get there, whatever that end result might look like for you. I have experience supporting people with boundaries, perfectionism, fear of rejection, excessive self-criticism, family and relationship conflicts, emotional regulation, personal growth, self-compassion and acceptance, stress management, gender and sexuality, ethical non-monogamy and polyamory, depression, anxiety and trauma. The populations that I have the most clinical experience with are LGBTQIA+ people, ethically non-monogamous people, polyamorous people, neurodivergent people (diagnosed and undiagnosed) and kinky people.
