I am a registered with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario as gestalt psychotherapist. With Phd in Leadership and Policy, entrepreneur, and former educator, I am also able to provide effective executive/career/ life coaching. From a therapeutic standpoint, I am trained to support and personally aware of issues around addictions, ADHD, anxiety, depression, grief, and PTSD. I have experience working with peoples from the LGBTQ, and have worked with many adolescents struggling with gender identity issues. I am very passionate about working with couples in crisis. I am a life long learner and currently receiving additional training in the Somatic Experiencing® method, a body-oriented approach to the healing of trauma and other stress disorders with Dr. Peter Levine. I look forward to integrating gestalt therapy with somatic experiencing which I believe to be a very powerful combination of healing.
