November 18 | OAMHP Symposium 2026. A day of learning, connection and community. Limited in-person spaces remain. Register Now →
Running a group practice comes with its own set of rewards and challenges. From supporting your team and managing financial pressures to protecting time for your own clinical work, it can be difficult to balance the many demands of practice ownership.
This networking session offers group practice owners an opportunity to connect with others who understand these experiences, share perspectives, and learn from one another.
Facilitated by Christina Crowe, MACP, RP, CMHP, OVCS, the conversation will explore common challenges such as professional isolation, decision fatigue, team turnover, financial pressures, and maintaining your own well-being while supporting others.
Through open discussion and shared experiences, participants will have the opportunity to exchange practical insights, reflect on what’s working in their practices, and take away ideas and encouragement from fellow practice owners.
This is a peer-to-peer networking session, with an emphasis on connection, shared learning, and building a supportive community.
Registration will be open until December 7, 2026
