I’m Rim Yassine (they/them), a Registered Psychotherapist (CRPO), queer, non-binary therapist with a background in psychiatric nursing and 11 years of experience in mental health. I offer virtual individual and relationship therapy for adults in Ontario and BC navigating trauma, grief, identity exploration, and nervous system overwhelm. I specialize in working with people at the intersections of multiple identities — those who have learned to overfunction, stay vigilant, or self-abandon to survive. Many clients come to me having felt rushed, pathologized, or unsafe in previous helping spaces. My approach is relational, trauma-informed, and paced with intention — built around your nervous system, your context, and your lived experience. Therapy with me isn’t about fixing you. It’s about making space to slow down and reconnect.
