About

I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) based in Ontario. I hold a PhD in Child and Youth Studies from Brock University, and I am a Certified Pet Loss Grief Support Specialist through the American Academy of Grief Counselling. My clinical work focuses on anxiety, OCD, burnout, and grief, including pet loss grief. I also have a special interest in the human–animal bond and the important role animals play in people’s emotional lives. I provide therapy for individuals and couples, and my couples work is informed by the Gottman Method. My approach is compassionate and evidence-informed.
