Michael is the founder and clinical director of FLEX Psychology. FLEX is a multi-professional practice focused on diagnostic assessment and treatment of children, adolescents, and adults. Our diverse team is able to support a diverse population, but the areas of speciality listed here are the focus of Michael Decaire. Michael holds a primarily consultative, educational, and supervisory role. He holds an interest in health regulation, ethics, and technology use in practice. He maintains a small client-facing case load, where he works as a psycho-diagnostic specialist, with expertise in both learning and social-emotional domains. He is commonly sought as a contract assessor for independent schools, legal clinics, and hospitals. Therapeutically, Michael has a passion for mindfulness and positive psychology treatments aimed at moving his clients forward towards success in the home, at school, at work, and at play.
