I am registered as a Clinical and School Psychologist, currently working at Central Ontario Psychology and within a School Board. I work in the private practice setting with children, adolescents, and adults providing psychotherapy and assessment. At the School board I work as a Psychoeducational Consultant. I've worked in the private practice for over five years, and the school board setting for four years. I have worked in Family Health Team, Hospital, school, and private settings throughout my career. I use an integrative approach to treatment, incorporating each client's unique characteristics and preferences, along with my own clinical experience, and current evidence-based treatments. My integrative approach may include, analytical psychotherapy, cognitive-behavioural therapy, mindfulness-based practices, client-centered therapy and more.
