About

I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario. I work with adults navigating the long-term effects of relational trauma, early neglect, and attachment disruption. Many of my clients are outwardly capable and responsible in their lives yet carry a persistent sense of emotional strain or inner disconnection. My approach is reflective and depth oriented. Therapy offers a space to slow down and understand patterns that formed earlier in life and continue to shape how you experience yourself and your relationships. My work is particularly suited to individuals who have spent much of their lives adapting to others, holding responsibility early, or prioritising survival over self attunement. This can show up as chronic emotional fatigue, difficulty resting internally, or a sense of losing touch with one’s own needs or voice. I offer a slower therapeutic space for those who want to understand themselves more fully rather than manage symptoms alone. The focus is on integration, emotional regulation that develops from within, and building a more stable and compassionate relationship with the self.
