As a second-generation Canadian with a South Asian background, I understand how culture, identity, gender roles, and family dynamics can shape our struggles. I am an intern therapist at Mind Over Matter Psychotherapy and Counselling, registered with the CRPO (#20224). I believe that healing begins with feeling truly seen and heard, and I am honoured to support you in building resilience, confidence, and self-compassion. I take a collaborative and compassionate approach that honours the connection between the mind and body. Built upon my experience in mental health research, I use psychotherapy to help others live the life they desire. My goal is to support you in honing your strengths, building healthier patterns, and feeling confident in yourself and your relationships. Together, let’s honour your strengths and the person you are becoming. I look forward to hearing your story.
