About

I work with individuals 18+ experiencing anxiety, caregiver stress, chronic pain, dependency, identity concerns, life transitions, loneliness/isolation, self-esteem challenges, and trauma. I am particularly passionate about working with individuals navigating grief (both death and non-death losses), spiritual struggles and distress, and women living with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). I earned a Master of Psychospiritual Studies (MPS) degree with a Spiritual Care and Psychotherapy Certificate from Knox College at the University of Toronto and a Certificate in Thanatology (the study of dying, death, and bereavement) from Conestoga College. I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO) and a Certified Canadian Counsellor with the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association (CCPA).
