About

I am a registered psychotherapist (qualifying) who offers a warm, compassionate, and inclusive space for individuals navigating emotional challenges, life transitions, and cross-cultural experiences. I am dedicated to helping clients feel heard, seen, and supported as they move toward greater clarity, balance, and emotional well-being. As a third-culture individual and immigrant woman, I bring a deep appreciation for diverse lived experiences and layered identities. My culturally sensitive approach honors each client’s unique story, while fostering a therapeutic relationship rooted in trust, safety, and genuine connection. I use a person-centered, integrative approach that draws from evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Interpersonal Therapy (IPT), and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP). My approach is flexible and collaborative, ensuring that therapy is always tailored to what resonates most with the client. I provide therapy in both English and Arabic and works with individuals from a wide range of backgrounds, especially those navigating identity, belonging, and intergenerational expectations.
