Hello, I’m Mackenzie (Mac) Thorne, a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the CRPO. My practice integrates cognitive and mindfulness-based approaches with psychodynamic and existential perspectives. I work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, compulsions, and relationship challenges, helping them make sense of recurring patterns and develop more intentional ways of responding to what arises. Where relevant, our work may also explore the influence of unresolved past experiences, as well as questions of meaning, identity, and purpose. My goal is to support clients in reducing distress while developing greater clarity, self-understanding/acceptance, and a more grounded way of relating to themselves and their lives.
