About

Alejandro Soncini earned his B.A. in Psychology in Argentina, where he began working with clients affected by PTSD. He has lived in Canada for over 20 years and currently offers counseling services to help individuals navigate emotional challenges and improve well-being. He holds a Master’s in Applied Linguistics and a Master’s in Third Wave Psychotherapies, with a focus on evidence-based approaches like ACT, DBT, and mindfulness. His capstone project was titled: Programa de intervención basado en mindfulness para reducción de estrés en inmigrantes hispanoparlantes recién llegados a Canadá / Mindfulness-Based Intervention Program for Stress Reduction in Newly Arrived Spanish-Speaking Immigrants to Canada. Alejandro is a member in good standing of the Ontario College of Teachers and is known for his compassionate, language-informed approach that blends educational insight with emotional support.
