Sheena believes that there is no ‘one size fits all’ approach to therapy, recognizing that every client has unique needs. Working from a strengths-based and person-centered foundation, she strives to provide her clients with practical tools that facilitate meaningful change. Sheena has a special interest in anxiety disorders and late-in-life diagnosed ADHD, and also works with individuals experiencing a range of mental health challenges, including burnout, occupational stress, perfectionism, low self-esteem, relationship challenges and more.
